Physician – Obstetrics / Gynecology in Washington

Are you an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA’s healthcare partners in Washington might be the perfect fit for you!
Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Clinic Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Call 1:3 (7am to 7am). Rounding approximately 30 minutes to one hour per day for patients in labor & delivery or post-partum
- Job Setting: Hospital and Clinic
- Types of Cases: 20-22 patients per clinic shift. Low and high risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening for viability), routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section), complicated delivery (c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs), repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP), surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor including tubal ligation, LOA’s, chronal tubation, operative/major including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA’s)
- Credentialing: Temporary privileges available for provider with clean background and completed application
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Licensure: Active Washington State license or IMLC- Clean history and malpractice required
