Physician – Oncology – Hematology / Oncology in Missouri

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Clinic Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm with possible half day off during the week (Monday-Thursday and hospital call); Weekend call
  • Job Setting: Clinic with hospital on-call (call is very light)
  • Types of Cases: Primarily medical oncology and hematology patients (40% Hemonc/60% Medical Onc); Consults, follow-ups, possible bone marrow procedures; No Acute Leukemia or Malignant Hematology; 18-25 patient encounters per clinic shift; 1-2 patients for night call
  • Credentialing: 90 days; Emergency privileges offered for open dates within 60 days

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum required; Board Certification preferred
  • Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
  • Licensure: Missouri state license required; IMLC not accepted
  • Fellowship: 2 years
  • Availability: Minimum 2 weeks; 4 weeks per month preferred
