Physician – Oncology – Hematology / Oncology in Washington

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full time coverage; 4 shifts per week, Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm (10-hour shifts); clinic closed daily 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch. Providers on call 1-2 nights per week for established Hem/Onc clinic patients; participation in shared weekend call pool (approximately 15-20 total oncology providers). Start date: October 1, 2026 – Ongoing.
- Job Setting: Outpatient clinic with some inpatient call on occasional weekends
- Types of Cases: Hematology Oncology; approximately 11 patient encounters per shift. Lymphoma experience and cell therapy experience would be a plus.
- Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified only
- Certifications: BLS required
- Licensure: Active Washington State license or Active IMLC; DEA required
