Scope of Responsibilities: The Division Chief will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee clinical quality and performance, support research and education initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership
to advance the mission of the Cancer Center. Key Responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and oversight of clinical operations
- Development and implementation of divisional goals and quality standards
- Recruitment, mentorship, and evaluation of clinical staff
- Advancement of multidisciplinary care and cancer research initiatives
- Clinical patient encounters
- Engagement in community outreach and educational programming

Qualification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Active and unrestricted New York State medical license (upon start date)
- Valid DEA certification (upon start date)
- Demonstrated leadership and clinical experience
