- Special interest in hematology (benign and malignant), gynecologic and genitourinary oncology, and/or sarcoma, ideal(please note in turnover)

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine Hematology/Oncology
- Evidence of formal, supervised training or clinical experience as required for certain procedures.
- Valid and unlimited license to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Valid license to prescribe controlled substances.
- ACLS/BCLS Certification
- Valid DEA Certification
