Physician – Otolaryngology in Wisconsin

Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: December 23 – January 5, 2025 (can consider December 23-31 or December 29 – January 5). Ongoing need of approximately 7 days per month starting January. Clinic 8AM-5PM, call 1:4
- Job Setting: Clinic, call and OR coverage. Level 2 Trauma Center, Level 2 Pediatric Facility
- Types of Cases: Both pediatric and adult. 14-16 office patients per day. General Otolaryngology (surgical), endoscopic procedures (septal, sinus, laryngoscopy), tracheotomy, thyroidectomy, general head and neck
- Credentialing: 60 days
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum, Board Certified required
- Certifications: BLS
- Licensure: Wisconsin license (IMLC not accepted)
