Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 1 week per month; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in clinic (8:00am-5:00pm); Thursday at Surgical Center (8:30am-4:00pm); Night call 5:00pm-8:00am; Weekend call 8:00am-8:00am (24-hour); Guaranteed 8 hours per day; Overtime applies after 9 hours per day; Start Date: 10/1/2026 – Ongoing
- Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient; Clinic and Call
- Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days;
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
- Licensure: Active Oregon license required; Active DEA
