  • Full-spectrum pediatrics from newborns to 18 years old
  • Includes outpatient, newborn nursery, ED consults and inpatient pediatric care
  • Flexible scheduling including 2 weeks on/off or 3 weeks clinical 2 weeks call
  • Monday-Friday clinic hours during on weeks
  • 24/7 call includes ED, L&D and inpatient kids
  • Hospitalist team covers all admissions
  • Top-tier imaging technology and EPIC EMR
  • Starting base range is $250,000-$350,000 depending on schedule
  • Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
  • Group paid malpractice with no tail
