Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (1/2 hour lunch); Daily Treatment Meetings attended by all Team Members
  • Job Setting: Inpatient – Acute Psychiatric Unit (24 beds); Opening forensic adult unit and replacing 1 MD on acute adult unit
  • Patient Encounters Per Shift: 12-14
  • Types of Cases:
    • Anxiety Disorders
    • Affective Disorders
    • ADD/ADHD
    • Personality Disorders
    • Eating Disorders (Preferred)
    • Developmental Disorders
    • Psychotic Disorders
  • Required Skills & Familiarity:
    • Involuntary Commitments
    • Seclusion Therapy
    • Restraint Application
    • Pharmacotherapy
    • Group Therapy
  • Support Staff: RNs, Techs, Therapists, Administration (CMO)
  • Start Date: August 17, 2026 – Ongoing
  • Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
  • Fellowship: Required

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified Required
  • Certifications: BLS Required
  • Licensure: Massachusetts medical licensure required
