Physician – Radiation Oncology in Ohio

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday), 8-hour clinical days; if the current physician is out, schedule may adjust (e.g., Tuesday-Friday) or expand to 5 days with an additional day off the following week, totaling 8 working days per pay period. Start Date: 10/26/2026, Ongoing. No Call.
  • Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient; ACR Accredited, ACoS Accredited, HFAP Accredited, NSABP Accredited with the Breast Center, QOPI Certified with Medical Oncology
  • Types of Cases:
    • 7-12 follow-up patients and 12-15 active treatment patients per shift; 7-10 patients per day depending on new or follow-up, add-ons, and urgent visits
    • 1 day per week reserved for OTV (On Treatment Visits)
    • Brachytherapy: Intracavitary (e.g., Mammosite)
    • External Beam Therapy (EBRT): Linear Accelerator, Rapid Arc/VMAT, Electrons
    • Techniques: Conventional/Conformal Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS (all types)
    • Treatment Planning: Conventional Treatment Planning, Beam Shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion, Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI), Clinical Trials
  • EMR: Epic (Hospital), ARIA RO (Radiation Oncology Treatment EMR) — Completely paperless and filmless
  • Equipment:
    • Siemens SomaTom CT Simulator (2015)
    • Varian TrueBeam w/ CBCT, VMAT & Edge SRS Package (includes Vision RT/OSMS) (2015)
    • Varian Trilogy w/ CBCT & VMAT (2015)
    • Elekta-Nucletron HDR with Oncentra

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required; Fellowship required
  • Certifications: ABLS, BLS
  • Licensure: Licensed in Ohio or IMLC
