Highlights:

  • 2-year partnership track with opportunities for onsite, hybrid, and potentially remote arrangements
  • $400,000-$450,000 starting compensation during the first two years
  • Partner earning potential up to $1 million+
  • Join an established group of 8 radiologists and 1 APP
  • Physician-owned practice partnered with a financially strong community nonprofit hospital
  • Practice your subspecialty approximately 50% of the time, with the remainder dedicated to general radiology
  • Dedicated Interventional Radiology division with continued expansion plans
  • Coverage across four imaging locations, with a brand-new facility opening in 2027
  • Strong and consistent growth of 20-25% over the last four years
  • Fellowship training welcomed but not required
  • Flexible daytime schedules with growing remote work opportunities
  • Overnight reads fully covered by teleradiology
  • General radiology weekend call approximately 1 in 6 weekends, shared across the group
  • Optional evening shifts available for additional flexibility and earning opportunities
  • Ability to read mammography studies preferred but not required
  • 8-12 weeks of vacation during years 1-2
  • 12+ weeks of vacation annually after partnership
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
