    • 0700 01/16-0700 01/19 and a clinic on 1/16
    • 0700 02/12-0700 02/16 and a clinic on 2/13
    • 0700 03/27-0700 03/30 and a clinic on 3/27
    • 24 hour call and clinic 1/2 days
  • Job Setting: Hospital and clinic
  • Types of Cases: B&B cases (adult and pediatrics)
  • Credentialing: 21 days

    Minimum Requirements

    • Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC or BE in Orthopedic Surgery
    • Certifications: BLS, DEA required
    • Licensure: AZ license (will consider IMLC LOQ)
