  • Schedule: ASAP – Ongoing, scheduled clinic hours plus call
  • Job Setting: Hospital 
  • Patient Encounters Per Shift: 20
  • Types of Cases:
    • General Surgery (Adult)
    • Laparoscopic Surgery including Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, and Nissen Fundoplication
    • Hysterectomy
    • Ventilation Management
    • Chest Tube Insertion
    • Central Line Insertion
    • PA Catheter Placement
    • Peripheral Vascular Procedures
    • Vascular Access Devices
    • AV Shunt
    • Laser Certification (Preferred)
  • Credentialing: 90-120 days; clean history may qualify for expedited privileges

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified Required
  • Certifications:
    • ACLS (Required)
    • BLS (Required)
  • Licensure: Washington State Licensure Required, will consider IMLC
  • Fellowship: Required
