Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule: 7 on/7 off; 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm); overnight beeper call; minimum 14 shifts per month; 12 guaranteed hours per day
  • Job Setting: Inpatient
  • Types of Cases: General Adult Urology; Advanced endoscopic techniques; Laparoscopic surgeries; Percutaneous nephrolithotomy; Ureteroscopy with laser; Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit; Radical prostatectomy; Nephrectomy; Prostatectomy; Pelvic node dissection; Robotic surgery including partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound; Adrenalectomy; Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy; TRUS biopsies; Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL); Penile prosthesis (preferred)
  • Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days; 150 Urology Surgery Case Logs required for privileges; current CV must be uploaded to bid; active license required; DEA required; temporary privileges not available
  • EMR: Epic
  • Start Date: November 1, 2026 (ongoing)
  • Call: Overnight beeper call; 20-minute call response time required; phone consults included

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years)
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; 150 Urology Surgery Case Logs required for privileges
  • Licensure: Active WA state license required; will consider IMLC
