Welcome to 2022 Houston Methodist Sports Physicals Schedule
Houston Methodist and Whitaker Pathways are again partnering to conduct sports physicals in the Houston metro area. Are you interested and available in participating?
- Must be able to perform sports physicals / do assessments for ages 11+
- Only vaccinated Advanced Practice Providers can be considered
- PPE will be provided: Mask must be worn and will be provided – shield may also be required for specific shifts but will be provided
- Pay Rate: $50.00 an hour
- Shifts: 4 hours guaranteed
Both NPs and PAs will be considered to perform the sports physicals for children ages 11-19 for the upcoming scholastic athletic seasons.
Please complete as soon as possible as shifts will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Shifts will be confirmed upon completion of all credentialing / re-credentialing items.
