1. We’ll help you develop a comprehensive Practice Profile
Your VISTA recruiter will meet with you to thoroughly review the open opportunity and get to know your organization and community. He or she will build a comprehensive Practice Profile that will help us make sure we are all starting from the same place and pursuing the same objectives. It will also greatly enhance our ability to source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
2. We’ll develop a communication plan
At the initiation of your search or consulting engagement, we will work with you to create a communication plan and then stick with it. You determine how often you would like to be updated and how—via phone, email, or through written reports.
3. We’ll implement sourcing strategies
Next, we will develop and implement programs to reach qualified candidates, including targeted advertising, postings on job boards, contacting physicians in our proprietary database (which includes more than 100,000 physicians), and mining six additional databases to which we subscribe.
4. We will vet, interview, and present the best candidates
We’ll conduct extensive phone interviews with candidates who meet your criteria. Then we will create Interview Summaries of the best candidates, which will be presented along with their CVs. The summaries provide a great deal of information and insight that can’t be conveyed through a CV alone.
5. We provide ongoing support and service
As you begin to consider candidates, we will provide assistance every step of the way, from the interviewing process to signing the contract. Our goal is to make sure things run as smoothly as possible for both you and the physician. VISTA also has a full-service travel department available to help coordinate travel for on-site interviews. 6. We’ll help with licensing if necessary
VISTA has a Private Licensing division that can help your new recruit secure a license in your state as quickly and painlessly as possible.
