What are the pay periods?
The pay period is from Sunday – Saturday and the check date will be Friday. See below for a calendar of dates for the weekly pay periods:
When do I need to submit my work records?
Work records must be submitted by the morning of the scheduled due date.
What if I miss a deadline?
We like to avoid missed due dates as much as possible – particularly when it comes to paying you for your hard work. However, we realize things come up. If you miss submitting your weekly work-record by the Monday due date, you can submit later that week and your pay will just be added to your next
paycheck.
How will I receive my paystubs?
You will receive a new log in to access ADP where you can locate your paystubs. We are confirming
access to obtain prior paystubs through the PeopleSoft system.
Where do I send my timecard?
Timecards are sent electronically via DocuSign. If you have not received the email, sometimes they will go to your SPAM folder, you can reach out to your pay bill processor in the table below for further assistance.
Will my payments be taxed?
For independent contractors working in the state of California or Pennsylvania, backup withholding may be applicable.
What if I work with multiple clients within a single pay period?
If you are working with multiple clients in a pay period, you will receive separate work records for each site and your payment will be combined for one lump sum payment for that period.
What if the due date falls on a holiday?
Usually, you will submit your work record the next business day (Tuesday). We will make you aware if you need to submit your work record earlier or later than planned.
