I love the sense of empowerment to make good decisions for doctors, medical facilities, and my coworkers.

Work hard, play hard. You get to work autonomously, but we are also one team, one VISTA!
What one piece of advice would you offer a new employee?
You get out what you put in. It’s not always easy, but it’s rewarding!
What do you love about your role and the work you do?
We indirectly save lives, and without our assistance, there’d be a lot of patients who go without doctors.

Family oriented, everyone really cares about everyone on a personal level.

Without them I wouldn’t be here, it’s because of them why I love my job.

Don’t give up, you will get there.

I was lucky to join the Hospitalist team with some of the most successful people in the industry. I was encouraged to step out of my comfort zone and my teammates were my biggest cheerleaders and mentors.
What do you love about your role and the work you do?
Building the kind of relationships where medical facilities and physicians trust me, the customer service I provide and my reputation to know I’m going to take care of them and make the best match possible.
