What do you love about your role and the work you do?
I love that I help make sure that doctors are available for patients to see.
How would you describe VISTA’s culture?
Very team-oriented, like a big family. The culture and people are why I love my job so much.
What one piece of advice would you offer a new employee?
Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and think outside the box. And lean on your team to learn and grow in your role!

When I received my first VISTA Values award! I had the opportunity to explain a report I put together and its significance to upper management.
