How have the people at VISTA helped you in your career path?
I was lucky to join the Hospitalist team with some of the most successful people in the industry. I was encouraged to step out of my comfort zone and my teammates were my biggest cheerleaders and mentors.
What do you love about your role and the work you do?
Building the kind of relationships where medical facilities and physicians trust me, the customer service I provide and my reputation to know I’m going to take care of them and make the best match possible.

What one piece of advice would you offer a new employee?
Don’t make decisions for your customer, offer them options and let them decide. They’ll surprise you time and time again.
How have the people at VISTA helped you in your career path?
There have been so many great people that I’ve worked with over the past 17 years. I feel like I’ve taken a little bit from each of them and developed my own style. I’ve had great managers who have encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and reach for the next milestone.
