A personal milestone would be hitting goal for the first time. That was such a rewarding feeling!

They have helped by giving me constructive criticism and at the same time uplifting my spirits.
When you have 30-60 minutes of free-time how do you spend it?
I spend it hanging out and playing with my 2½ year old son.

VISTA has a great work environment, with great ethics, and it’s very rewarding when our goals are met.
How have the people at VISTA helped you in your career path?
I had a recruiter step in and assist me when I first started as a Division Coordinator. She is very knowledgeable and has been with the industry for many years. She was very helpful and supportive, which has helped me achieve a great career here.
How would you describe VISTA’s culture?
The people at VISTA are what really set us apart in our industry. VISTA has such a friendly and team centered mentality.
What one piece of advice would you offer a new employee?
It’s really important to be involved with your team. There is so much collective experience at VISTA and such a strong sense of team.
How have the people at VISTA helped you in your career path?
I have had so much help on my way to success at VISTA. I had a great Training Manager, Senior/Principal Recruiters and excellent Managers that have guided me every step of the way, and still do.
