I had a recruiter step in and assist me when I first started as a Division Coordinator. She is very knowledgeable and has been with the industry for many years. She was very helpful and supportive, which has helped me achieve a great career here.
What one piece of advice would you offer a new employee?
Dedication and patience are the keys to success!
How would you describe VISTA’s culture?
Friendly, helpful and most importantly, trustworthy. VISTA is an amazing company because strong relationships are always the #1 goal, whether that is with providers or clients. We value people and quality conversations.
What do you love about your role and the work you do?
I find my job rewarding and fulfilling because I am helping facilities find providers who are then caring for patients.

Territory manager, scheduling director (with 2 different teams), client sales manager
Reflecting on your time at VISTA, what is your favorite memory or personal milestone?
I’ve had the privilege of attending President’s Club multiple times. The opportunity to go on a world-class trip with world-class people is definitely a highlight and something to strive for!

Be patient, be adaptable and learn from those around you!
