I love the sense of empowerment to make good decisions for doctors, medical facilities, and my coworkers.

Work hard, play hard. You get to work autonomously, but we are also one team, one VISTA!

You get out what you put in. It’s not always easy, but it’s rewarding!

The management that I have worked with over the years have taken the time to mentor me and support my growth into learning and challenging that knowledge into new opportunities and different leadership roles.

My personal milestone is achieving corporate and support manager of the year in 2016.

What do you love (find rewarding or fulfilling) about your role and the work you do at VISTA?
Most of all I like being helpful. I like showing people how they can accomplish what they are hoping to, even if it may not look like they originally thought.

Placing my first doctor, my whole team celebrated.
