What is your current role at VISTA?
I’m a Client Consultant for the Advanced Practice team.

How have the people at VISTA helped you in your career path?
I have been encouraged by my manager and peers to chase my long-term goals here at VISTA. We talk about my plans in our meetings and I am also getting the opportunity to help with a coworker’s leave to gain experience in my long-term role.

What do you love about your role and the work you do?
I love that I get to help a community that has a provider shortage; hearing the stories about our providers and their impact on that community makes every job I open that much better.

When I received my first VISTA Values award! I had the opportunity to explain a report I put together and its significance to upper management.
