How would you describe VISTA’s culture?
Fun and vibrant!

Reflecting on your time at VISTA, what is your favorite memory or personal milestone?
My favorite memories here at VISTA would probably be the community service projects. It’s fun to see the whole company come together, whether it’s through Race for the Cure, Fisher House or building gift baskets for the holidays. It’s amazing to see how much is donated each year!

If you could choose one person to be your personal or professional mentor, who would it be?
Leslie Knope from the Pawnee Parks and Recreation department!

What do you love about your role and the work you do?
When a physician or client comes to me for help and I am able to answer their questions, resolve any issues they have, that is fulfilling. It’s also rewarding to have close relationships with my doctors who know I am always available.

What one piece of advice would you offer a new employee?
Take your job a day at a time and ask questions, regardless if you have asked the same one 10 times before. You will never learn if you stop asking questions.

How would you describe VISTA’s culture?
Ever-adapting! Keeping to values but adapting to the changes and needs of our clients and our physicians.
