The practice provides a physician friendly work/life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living. Additional information includes:
– Great mix of cases and collaborative environment
– Only 2 in-house calls per month / back up call from home
-26 Department members with most weekends off
– Starting base is $498,000 with projected 1 st year income of $560,000
– Flexible scheduling
– Primary hospital is 423 beds level 2 trauma center
– Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
– Group paid malpractice with no tail
– Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on
– 12% 401K with no matching required
– RVU based comp starting the 2nd year
– Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia and other wonders
