California Client Seeking Cardiology Locums ASAP and Ongoing
Job Details:
VISTA is assisting a health system in California with their search for a locum tenens Cardiologist. The need is as soon as possible and ongoing to hire. Just a short drive to all areas of San Francisco Bay, this region has endless sights to see and places to explore. This client rarely has locums openings so take advantage of the opportunity and apply today.
JOB DETAILS:
* Dates: ASAP and ongoing
* Specialty: General Cardiology
* Hours/schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm or or 8:30-5:30 clinic + Hospital consults and rounds
* Procedures required? No
* Types of reads? Echos, EKG, and reading cardiac studies
* Call: Yes, perhaps one week and one weekend of call per month. Call will include seeing patients in ED and hospital
* Patient load per day: 14 patients scheduled per day in o/p. Usually 5-7 patients inpatient. On-call physician doesn't have full clinic and allotted time for inpatient. New patients 40 min, follow ups 20 min
* License- Must have active CA
* EMR- Epic
