* Client Name: Spring View Hospital
* City/State: Lebanon, KY
* Trauma level / Designation: Not a trauma center, as patients are transferred to tertiary care center
* Annual Volume: 15k
* Patients per hour: 1.7 with some afternoon and evening surges
* MD Shift length & times: 12-hour shifts, 6a-6p & 6p-6a
* APP Shift length & times:
* Board Certification requirement: BC/BE (BE providers must be within 5 years of graduation)- EM
* Will they take FP/IM board certified with EM experience:
* Life certifications required: ACLS ATLS BLS Other: ATLS & ACLS if not EM Board Certified
* Charting/EMR: MedHost EMR
* Scribes available: Yes/No
* Time to license/will they consider IMLC pathway:
* Bill Rate: $270 (please do not hold back presentations due to rate)
