VISTA is seeking a BE/BC FM physician to join a well-established Family Medicine practice in Custer, South Dakota!

 Details For this Opportunity:
– Outpatient/Hospitalist/ED opportunity where the ambulatory clinic practice includes scheduled clinic as well as rotation through a walk-in clinic in the same facility. 
-Physicians also participate in the Hospital/ED call rotation (1:7)  and share in the admission and care of nursing home patients admitted to the long-term care facility
– Physicians work in a beautiful 42,000-square-foot, one-story hospital and clinic that opened in April 2018. Custer Hospital is licensed for 12 beds and oversees a 76-bed long-term care facility and a 16-bed assisted living center on campus. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency service, inpatient and outpatient care and hospice
