Job Details:
We are currently looking for an Primary Care physician for locum tenens coverage in Northern Arizona.
A Primary Care physician is needed in Arizona as quickly as possibly for two to three months. This facility has quick privileging and any state license will work. Come experience hiking, camping and the great outdoors in this beautiful southwestern town.
Details For this Opportunity:
– Schedule: ASAP for two to three months
– Job Setting/ Type of Cases: Outpatient Clinic
– Board Certified FP or IM, Certifications: BLS/ACLS/ATLS/PALS/NRP
– Licensure: Any state license accepted
– Credentialing: Approximately two weeks
