-Internal or Family Medicine physician outpatient practice
–Monday-Friday workweek
-Flexible schedules offer option to work 4 days per week and/or a telehealth day per workweek
– Select from a list of clinic and community locations in north central California
-Opportunity to teach residents and medical students
-No inpatient or obstetrics
-Board Eligible and/or Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine, required
-Active license in California upon start date
– Salary $300,000 with incentive combined with a benefit package with unsurpassable offerings
-100+ primary care physicians spread across three Santa Rosa clinics/Hospital is 150+ beds with a Level II trauma center.
– Northern California metro of 100,000+ located 30 minutes to Sacramento and one hour outside of San Francisco
