This is a general surgery program with an exceptional regional reputation for quality outcomes in a sophisticated, yet less autocratic environment. Practice general bread and butter surgery in a congenial work environment with no major political issues. Vigorous community hospital that recently completed a $18.6 million expansion project and is continuing to grow. Excellent emergency medicine and CRNA coverage. Budgeted for robotics and waiting for the physician to provide direction on the best system setup. Truly a collaborative atmosphere with Press Ganey scores in the 97 th percentile.
Details For this Opportunity:
-Full range of general surgery cases
-Join one other general surgeon in a secure hospital employed practice
– Full-time schedule with some flexibility
-Call is 1/3
– Base of $490,000 with productivity and $250,000 sign on
-Comprehensive benefits and Epic EMR
-30 minutes to Madison and all its educational / cultural activities
