 – Medical Director Position 
 -Primarily remote position with monthly quality meetings with organization’s executives and quarterly onsite physician operational meetings. 
 -Position Requirements: Three(3) or more years practice experience, active license in Florida in good standing, resides in Florida, board certified in nephrology, geriatrics, internal and/or family medicine. 
 – Administrative role includes, but not limited to responsibilities related to quality measures, clinical protocols, etc.; prioritizing and assigning patient panel to team based on complexity, 
 direction to team in assigning patients and collaboration with advanced practitioners in the State. 
 – Organization is proud of its delivery of its high-touch and comprehensive care to a small panel of patients 
 – Team includes physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, social workers, and patient navigators.
