Seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible primary care nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility!

 Details For this Opportunity:
 -Nurse Practitioner-Family Medicine
Outpatient only
-Come join our team of 6 fulltime physicians and 3 fulltime nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
-Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics
-Four 10-hour days per week
-Average 14-16 patients per day
– Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day  
-Behavioral health and lab on site
-30+ exam rooms
-1:16 call; phone call only
-Epic EMR
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (140k+) which includes:  Quality incentives up to $12,500, RVU bonus based on annual threshold, Commencement bonus of $20,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan repayment (NHSC Eligible Site)
