Details For this Opportunity :
– Schedule: Starting ASAP 8 hr. shifts, days only
– Job Setting/ Type of Cases: Home Health, High and medium acuity patients with common medical diagnoses; Heart failure, Pneumonia, Urinary tract infections, Cellulitis or wound infection, COPD or asthma exacerbation, Sepsis/fever
– Board Certified/ Board Eligible (Family Medicine), Certifications: BLS
– Licensure: Active OR License
– Credentialing: .Less than a week
