Come join our team and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
Details For this Opportunity:
-Nurse Practitioner-Urology
-Outpatient Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm
-Provider schedule — Four 10-hour days per week
-Fulltime, permanent
-No after hour call requirements
-Average 15-17 patients per day
-For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a tele-scribe can be provided
-Epic EHR, Growing and expanding financially stable hospital
-Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon
-Clinic consists of 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room
-2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment
-Minimum of 1:1 clinical support staff
-Very competitive total compensation opportunity (141k+) which includes:
-Quality incentives up to $20k
-RVU bonus based on annual threshold
-Commencement bonus of $20,000
-$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
-Hospital employed
-Full benefits including a 401k match
