Job Details:
VISTA's client is seeking sporadic Orthopedic Surgery coverage.
Schedule – 8 days on, 6 days off model. 24/7 Rounding and Call for the 8 days that the provider is on duty. Please only submit those who can work this schedule and cover the exact days needed.
Open Dates:
4/9 – 4/16. Ending 7am 4/17
5/7 – 5/14. Ending 7am 5/15
5/21 – 5/28. Ending 7am 5/29
Support Staff: PA who will round with the physician
EMR: Meditech
At least one year of experience
How many surgeons are they supporting? – current program runs on 2 docs. One is leaving.
What is the hospital’s volume? – 110 ED visits/day
Who will be following up on the patients? – local providers will provide follow up.
What type of equipment is available? (Ex- MAKO robot, HANNA table) – C-arm, O-arm.
