VISTA Staffing is seeking an innovative, reliable, and flexible Psychiatrist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join a growing team of 2 fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners as well as wonderful team of LCSW’s and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
Details For this Opportunity:
-Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
-Four 10-hour days per week
-Average 12-16 patients per day
– 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
-Team shared phone call for established patients only
-Fulltime, permanent
-EPIC EMR
-Very competitive total compensation opportunity (325k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
-Commencement bonus of $30,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistance
